In addition to complete machine builds, we can bring our installation experience to your home or office. To some, the installation of a new piece of hardware - for example a graphics card - is quite daunting. We can do this for you. We will correctly uninstall and remove the old equipment - graphics cards, sound cards, network cards etc - and install the new one. Uninstalling and removing the old drivers before installing the new drivers is a much tidier way than the often used 'install over the top' method.

Personal Computers and Servers can have many different configurations and types of hardware. These can be manufactured by many different hardware vendors which can make the troubleshooting of faults more difficult. Different manufactures may have differing methods, procedures or 'instructions' on how to install new hardware and are often confusing. Even the operating system you use can make the install process different and more difficult. We can supply hardware or software upgrades and professionaly install them. If you have a hardware or software problem we can troubleshoot that problem, find the cause and if needed replace or even upgrade the faulty item. We will also take the time to listen to what you want from your new equipment and advise accordingly on the type and perhaps make of the replacement.
Experience shows us that some pieces of hardware do not work too well with other pieces of hardware. This is where experience is most important. We have the knowledge of what works well with other installed hardware - we know what causes problems.
